WASCHSTAR - AUTOMATED WASHING MACHINE

Automatic washing machine for the outside of wine bottles. Depending on the equipement, output from 3,000 up to 20,000 bottles / hour, for slightly soiled bottles.
The WASCHSTAR is a rotary machine where the bottles guided by a bottle star pass along the brushes rinsed with fresh water and thereby turn around the own axle.
This provides a complete and effective cleaning.

BLANCAMAT - AUTOMATED WASHING MACHINE

Automatic washing machine for the outside of wine bottles. Up to 4,500 bottles / hour, for dusty or very dirty bottles.
The BLANCAMAT is a carrousel machine in which the bottles are revolved by rubbing against a counter rail. As the bottles run through the machine, they are completely cleaned by use of form brushes and sprayed water.

Effective cleaning results of very dirty cellar bottles and jars is guaranteed with the BLANCAMAT. A conversion from one type to another can be made quickly and is uncomplicated.
A cost saving water-recycling device is also available.
