Tanks for the culture of yeasts and bacteria - Capacity: from 3.2 to 100 hL on musts and wines
Wine-growing tank made entirely of stainless steel AISI 304 (or 316 L option) of vertical cylindral form and with self-supporting structure (prehensible when empty by pallet truck or forklift).
Applications
- Propagation, starter of yeast culture or bacteria, over one to several weeks
- Low temperature storage for long term conservation of yeast or bacteria stock

- Control of alcoholic fermentation
- Starter for malolactic fermentation
- Tartaric precipitation by static or by contact

Characteristics
- Programmable agitation: Slow agitation, pendular motion
- Refrigerating equipment: Compact cooling / heating unit fixed under the tank ; Hermetic compressor with refrigerant fluid R404A ; Power box fixed on chassis
- Regulation: Electronic regulation of ferments by digital display to 1/10th of a degree (automatic hot/cold) in a range from 0°C to +30°C
- Possibility of negative temperature programming on request (tartaric stabilization)
- Aeration of ferments by fritted stainless steel cartridge and diaphragm pump, air filter on intake ; programmable time of aeration.
- Washing: Hygienic rotary washing system (used in milk process) built into the tank. Connection by fixed pipe on front face
