Robust:Chassis and cages in galvanized steel. Through the galvanizing, quality of mechanical and electrical components, resistance to moisture in cellars is optimal and maintenance is low.
Productive:2 cradles bearing 2 independent rotating cages (by 1/16th of a turn). 4 cages mounted on 4 slewing ball bearings of large diameter, driven in rotation by 4 watertight electric reduction gears. Number of bottles riddled per cycle: 2016 champagne bottles.
Accurate: Tilt to the nearest degree by robust motorized screw-nut system, connected to the cradles by 2 rods.
Upgradeable:Possibility to attach several quadra to each other using a common side, without loss of space.
Compatible with most cages and riddling crates.
Modulable device: Installation in line, opposition or juxtaposition.
Convertible into SEXTRA by adding a third level. The cradles are hinged at the ends without a central support.
